Usui First Degree Reiki Training

Service Description

The First Degree Usui Reiki course serves as the foundational step in Reiki training. It introduces participants to the basic principles of Reiki, including the history and philosophy behind this ancient Japanese healing technique. In this course, students learn to channel Reiki energy through their hands for hands-on healing, and practice self-healing techniques. The focus is on developing sensitivity to energy and learning to channel it to promote physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Attunements, or energetic alignments, is another key component of the course, allowing students to open up to the Reiki energy and start using it effectively. Prerequisite: None Certificate: First Degree Usui Reiki Certificate Delivery: In-person, small group, CRA Certified Payment Requirements: $50 deposit to book, balance due the day of the course. (except for sessions at Sugar Bones Farms ...see below) Course Information: Wear layers, bring water, snacks, and a journal or notepad.
